Dr.
Joseph was Director of Cardiovascular and Interventional
Radiology at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh
prior to joining RAH. He also served as
Director of the radiology fellowship program there. He
is particularly expert in angioplasty and thrombolytic therapy
as well as pediatric angiography and interventional radiology. Dr.
Joseph is a member of the Society of Cardiovascular and Interventional
Radiology and received his Certificate of Added Qualifications
in Vascular and Interventional Radiology from the ACR. Dr.
Joseph is Chief of Radiology at Northwest Medical Center.

Dr. Cohn,
a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Miami, joined
Radiology Associates of Hollywood in 1999 after completing his
Vascular and Interventional Radiology fellowship training at the
University of Pennsylvania. His particular areas of Expertise
include minimally invasive image guided interventional
procedures. Dr Cohn has performed hundreds of embolization
procedures. He has extensive experience in treating fibroids
with embolization. He has served as Director of Interventional
Radiology at Memorial Regional Hospital since 2001. He has also
served as Director of Vascular Services for the Memorial
Healthcare System.

Dr. Schoenbaum
has been instrumental in the development of the Interventional
Radiology program in the Memorial Hospital system as Director
of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology from 1974 to
2001. He has been on the teaching
faculty at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the University
of Miami School of Medicine. In addition to scientific
exhibits and many lectures on Cardiovascular and interventional
radiology, he as authored 11 published articles and is the senior
author of 7 scientific publications. These include such
subjects as: renal artery embolism; thrombolytic therapy for
superior mesenteric artery embolism; diagnosis of bleeding gastric
leiomyomas; and diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma of the pancreas. Others
include; sonographic diagnosis of tubal pregnancy; endobronchial
metastasis and transbronchial biopsy for the diagnosis of sarcoidosis. He
was past president of the South Florida Radiological Society
and has received awards for community service. He has served
on various councils and boards of directors in the local Jewish
community.

Dr. Swerdlow
was Instructor of Radiology at Tufts University School of Medicine
prior to joining RAH. He
has a strong general radiology background and has maintained
a special interest in angiography and interventional radiology. He
is Chief of Radiology at Memorial Pembroke and a member of the
RAH Executive Committee.
